unable to run vss2svn --vssdir

[Grace Go]

I tried putting -svn://localhost after the c:\program files... directory and
it worked.

It is at TasK:MergeParentData right now. 
I guess this will take a while

this is working here, so please check

 * that you really have a c:\program files\.... directory
 * that you have a data directory within this root directory
 * try again with forward slashes instead of backslashes
