[PATCH] Mention newly required Perl modules in devnotes.txt

My confidence bolstered by the acceptance of my first two patches, I
hereby 

submit another patch that is double the size of these previous two.

 

It adds to script/devnotes.txt a mention of the two new Perl modules
that

are required (since the addition of AutoProps.pm in r281 and r284).

 

No other attempt was made to bring the rest of this file up to date...
but

the list of required modules is very useful by itself.
