The easiest way to accomplish that is to move the directory after the 
import to Subversion using "svn move URL1 URL2".

It's probably possible to modify the dumpfile after the fact as well, 
but that would probably require writing some sort of custom tool. 
svndumpfilter can remove certain branches but it can't move them from 
one location to another.
